The workshop aims at bringing together different people (researchers, engineers and practitioners) from various EU projects on security, trust, and dependability to present and discuss interesting ongoing scientific work on security policies for Service Oriented Architectures. The workshop is expected to stimulate discussions from different points of view about the future development of appropriate policies-based models, methods, languages and tools for building trustworthy (i.e., secure and dependable) service-oriented systems. Within the session „Case studies“ Alberto Sanna, Marino Daniela and Marco Nalin from Fondazione San Raffaele will present „A Talk on E-Challanges in the Health Care Arena“. Trusted Information Flow in SOAs presented by Alexander Pretschner from Fraunhofer Institute   will be then introduced in the session Trust Management in SOA.
