Key personnel

Etienne Bouet, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) works as a Manager for the Control Assurance Service Line at Deloitte. He managed several projects for major industrial or financial clients in the fields of internal audit, security and risk audits. Antoine Gajac, CISA is a Manager in the Control Assurance Service Line at Deloitte. He has more than five years of experience in risk and security assessments, as well as internal control reviews in major industrial companies and services companies. He is specialised in SAP R/3 SD (Sales and Distribution) module. He participates also to internal control assessment and testing following Sarbanes Oxley act. He is also specialised on Sales business process in SAP environments (certified on SAP R/3 SD Module), and in the knowledge and the control of the revenue cycle in TMT (Revenue Assurance).

Bernadette Louat, CISA joined the Control Assurance Service Line at Deloitte in 2003 as an auditor. Prior to joining Deloitte, she obtained a Master of Science in Telecommunications both at the engineer school INT Telecom in France and at DCU in Ireland. She carried out missions of Sarbanes Oxley Certification for subsidiaries of American companies and FPI (Foreign Private Issuers). Her responsibilities include Audit in the context of Sarbanes Oxley 404 and Audit and evaluation of Information Systems (General Computer Controls). She has specially developed skills in Internal Control evaluation and documentation, and provides assistance to work on Action Plans in order to achieve SOX Compliance. She is also specialized on SAP and had certification training on VIRSA's tools.
