Business Experiments in GRID

BEinGRID aims to facilitate the business uptake of Service Oriented Architecture and Infrastructures. 25 business experiments are conducted in several markets where Web Services and Grid Computing technology is used to solve critical business problems. BEinGRID is also developing reusable design patterns, middleware components and services - called "common capabilities" that are being validated in several business experiments in different market sectors. BEinGRID common capability development covers several areas including VO Management, Service Management, Data Management and Security. Several areas of cooperation were identified: publishing MASTER results on the BEinGRID "Wikipedia" web site, scope of the MASTER case studies may be extended by accessing to BEinGRID Business Experiments, use of BEinGRID software in MASTER testbed.
